| Randy was most recently the CEO & Chairman of AzoogleAds (now Epic Advertising), the global advertising network he helped to dominate the performance advertising space. Prior to Azoogle, Nicolau led the successful turn around of Playboy.com (NYSE: PLA) in his role as President. He also founded and sold Bridgepoint Marketing, a leading database marketing company. Randy graduated from Harvard University in 1992 with a degree in economics. |

Phil Grieshaber

| Phil was most recently the CTO of Panther Express, a next-generation content delivery network that was acquired by CDNetworks. Prior to Panther, Grieshaber was a senior technologist at DoubleClick (now owned by Google) for eight years, and was primarily responsible for the ubiquitous DART Ad Server and DART Mail products. Phil graduated from Cooper Union in 1987 with a degree in electrical engineering and computer science. |

| Jeff was most recently the founder and CEO of Blades, an action sports retail concept which he started and grew to 20 stores. Prior to Blades, Jeff spent seven years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he sold and implemented enterprise level software to Fortune 500 clients in the manufacturing, distribution and financial services industries. Jeff graduated in 1983 from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics. |

| Bill was most recently the Chief Algorithm Officer at AzoogleAds (now Epic Advertising), where he developed the groundbreaking “pCPM ad-influence metric” (patent-pending) which measures the latent effect of display advertising on a user-by-user basis. Prior to AzoogleAds, Bill spent the majority of his advertising career focused on optimizing display and search engine advertising. Bill graduated from the California Institute of Technology with a Ph.D. in Computation & Neural Systems/Physics and holds four patents. |
