Demdex, a well-funded venture-backed start-up is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help provide white-glove account management services to our roster of Fortune 500 clients. We provide SaaS solutions for data and audience management in online advertising. Our products are being used by top-tier publishers, advertising networks, agencies, brands and e-commerce companies worldwide. Demdex has an exceptional and accomplished management team so you will be in the company of real pros building exciting and innovative technology and client solutions.
You are an experienced technical account manager with superb communication skills and a strong interest and understanding of advertising technology. Your past experience includes client-facing roles in online media/ advertising, online publishing, consumer internet or e-commerce companies. You are an entrepreneur by nature: organized and dedicated to detail, with ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively. You love to present to senior executives, and can organize and prioritize your way through complex lists of seemingly equally important requirements. You have at least 4 years of experience as well as a Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
Here's what we need you to do:
- Be the main point of contact for our clients. Provide ongoing support and implementation advice. Escalate issues internally when necessary.
- Develop account plans for each of your accounts, and regularly communicate with clients to ensure success against the plan
- Work closely with our development team to shepherd through custom work that’s required for each client implementation
- Assess and evaluate client needs on an on-going basis. Identify up-selling opportunities within existing clients
- Be the 'go-to' person to provide in-depth technical guidance for every account

This position is full-time in New York City. Candidates must be US citizens or have secured appropriate work visas. Candidates must also be within daily commuting distance of Manhattan or willing to relocate.
